How Do I Qualify for a Refund?

To qualify for a 15 Day Money Back refund:
• your request for this refund must be placed within 15 days of the original delivery date of your order. Requests can be made at 604-558-2195 or via email at info@yaletownfloor.com;

• your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.

• your order must not have been used, installed, or marked in any way.

• you must satisfy the below noted requirements.

• Return shipping must be arranged and covered by the customer, and products must be returned to the warehouse within 15 days of delivery or pick-up date.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping and handling costs associated with the return of your order (for both partial and full order returns).

Full Order Returns

To qualify for a full refund excluding Custom Orders and Container Orders and clearance order (minus return shipping, handling costs, and any Original Shipping Charges) as part of our 15 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must send back all items from your order, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping must be arranged and covered by the customer, and products must be returned to the warehouse within 15 days of delivery or pick-up.

Partial Order Returns

For partial returns (excluding Custom Orders, Container Orders and clearance orders) as part of our 15-Day Money Back Guarantee (minus return shipping, handling costs, and any Original Shipping Charges), you can return only the items that you want to be refunded. Once you have all returning portions of your order accounted for and packaged in accordance with the above qualifications please contact us, return shipping must be arranged and covered by the customer, and products must be returned to the warehouse within 15 days of delivery or pick-up.

The Fine Print

Our 15-Day Money Back Guarantee does not extend to Custom Orders, Container Orders, special orders, or clearance items for full or partial order returns.

All 15 Day Money Back returns are subject to Yaletown Floor Terms of Sale.

Changes and Cancellations:

a. Order changes:

You may request a change to an order, excluding Custom Orders, Container Orders, clearance orders before pick-up or delivery under an invoice provided that such order change requests:
i. may be subject to additional charges;
ii. may result in a changes to the cost of shipping, handling and delivery of the order;
iii. may result in a delay in the delivery of the order;
iv. must be sent by You to info@yaletownfloor.com; and
v. must be received and acknowledged by Yaletown Floor prior to delivery or pick-up of the order in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

b. Order Cancellation:

i. You have 24 hours after placing an order, excluding Custom Orders, Container Orders or clearance items, to cancel without any fee. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, you will be subject to an additional handling fee.
ii. Requests to cancel Your order must be sent by email by You and received and acknowledged by Yaletown Floor at: info@yaletownfloor.com prior to delivery or pick-up of the order in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
